Why does Bow Lane Dental have an on-site laboratory?

At Bow Lane Dental we aim to provide faster, more convenient dentistry to suit you. This is why we have a state-of-the-art onsite dental lab, staffed by experienced and highly trained professionals dedicated to serving Bow Lane Dental’s clientele. Richard, our master technician, has over thirty years of experience in his field, and has created thousands of perfectly-fitted crowns, bridges, veneers and other speciality items for our patients.

The majority of dental practices “outsource” dental lab functions so they are fabricated elsewhere; usually by people who have never met you. It means a longer wait for your treatment and more importantly quality control may be compromised, as the dentist has no direct oversight over the creation of your teeth. At Bow Lane, our dentists work closely with our two dental technicians to examine every piece of art they produce. Only when both the technician and the dentist are happy is it presented to you before fitting in your mouth.
