NTI jigs otherwise known as anterior deprogrammer, Lucia jig or anterior jig are removable custom made device that can help stop headaches, sore jaw, stiff neck, and sensitive teeth.
This small clear-plastic device fits over your top two front teeth. The NTI-tss device is only worn whilst you sleep.
In a few days your clenching reflex is suppressed and often breaks the habit.
This device is ideal for short term stress relaxed grinding/bruxism and helps you sleep better.
Long term grinders would be better off with a splint or Cerezen device. Ask your Bow Lane dentist which device would be best for you.
