Nelly joined the Bow Lane Team in April 2018 after spending 3 years in Dubai coordinating events and being front of house.
Nelly is your first point of contact alongside Marcel at reception, and is extremely proficient in assisting patients with all enquiries. She is exceptionally good at easing nervous patients due to her kind and caring nature.
Away from the practice Nelly likes to cook, travel with her boyfriend, and spend time with her little niece and nephews.
What’s your earliest memory of London?
Walking around London at Christmas time with my parents to see the lights and eating hot roasted chestnuts.
What would you do as Mayor of London for the day?
Free food.
Which building in London would you buy?
The Shard.
What’s the best advice you’ve been given?
Treat people how you would like to be treated.
