Independent inspectors CQC have recently carried a full audit of Bow Lane Dental Group<\/a> and we passed with flying colours. The Care Quality Commission (CQC), is the independent regulator of health care in England. They inspect dental practices and make sure they meet national standards of quality and safety. See extracts of our report below:<\/p>\n

All of the patients were very pleased with their treatment and told us staff treated them with dignity and respect. One person told us, “I have had a lot of dental treatments in the past in the USA and France, and this is the best place by far.” Another person commented, “the practice is extremely well run. I am always pleased with the work. Staff are always upfront about everything.”<\/p>\n

Care and treatment was planned and delivered in a way that was intended to ensure people’s safety and welfare. People were protected from the risk of infection because appropriate guidance had been followed. People were cared for in a clean, hygienic environment. People were cared for, or supported by, suitably qualified, skilled and experienced staff. The provider had an effective system to regularly assess and monitor the quality of service that people receive.<\/p>\n
